Bootstrap is already a famous front-end development tools that I believe most designers and developers would know. Besides that, there are javascript plugins designed for bootstrap and if you look at Themeforest, you will find many premium themes too.
Here we have some good news. If you really into Bootstrap and you want to style it differently or theme it - we have free solution. Introducing BlackTie, where you can get free bootstrap themes, and they don't look cheap; they are as high quality as the premium stuff.
